Dr. Hatem Al-Salhi, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Media – Sana’a University, donated more than 15 copies of Egyptian scientific journals specialized in the field of media to the college library. These journals include many valuable scientific researches that benefit master’s and doctoral students at the college, especially in light of the difficulty of accessing the scientific platform for Egyptian periodicals due to blocking in Yemen.
Dr. Al-Salhi also presented three copies of his scientific works as a gift to the library, including two copies of the book “Building Reputation and Relationship Management in Contemporary Public Relations: Concepts and Applications”. And a copy of the book “Public Relations and Interactive Communication via Electronic and Social Sites”.
This initiative comes within the framework of the university professor’s awareness of his social responsibility and academic role in serving and enlightening society, by enriching the college library with modern knowledge sources that contribute to supporting scientific research and developing the skills of students and researchers.
On this occasion, the College of Media commends this giving, stressing that this step represents a model to be emulated in the integration of academics’ efforts to serve science and society.
