Sana’a University Sharia and Law Secretary-General Launches Student Exams at Central Prison

SANA’A, Yemen — June 20, 2026 — Bashir Thawaba, Secretary-General of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Sana’a University, officially launched the final examination period today for faculty students currently held at the Capital Secretariat’s Central Prison Correctional Facility. The initiative reflects the faculty’s ongoing commitment to ensuring all students can exercise their right to test under appropriate conditions, enabling them to continue their educational journeys in accordance with approved academic regulations.
During his visit to oversee the testing process, Thawaba inspected the examination halls, logistics, and organizational measures.
