Summary:

Dr Moghram is a senior legal consultant and Associate Professor in the Faculty of Sharia Law at Sana’a University.  For the last year he has been the National Legal Expert for a UN/UNDP project on Transparency and Accountability in the public sector in the Arab region.  Prior to this he was the Local Expert on the Yemen Judiciary Support Programme funded by the Dutch Government.  In 2000 he was Team Leader of the Justice Sector responsible for input to the Yemen CCA Report funded by UNDP.   He participated on behalf of the Government in an international workshop on ‘Access to Justice; Strategy for Changes’ in London 2001.
