Center for Public Administration (CPA) Reviews PhD Dissertation Proposal by Researcher Muaeen Al-Bukhaiti

The Center for Public Administration (CPA) at Sana’a University held a seminar today to review the PhD dissertation proposal submitted by researcher Muaeen Al-Bukhaiti, entitled “The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Improving the Quality of Educational Services through Digital Transformation: A Field Study on Yemeni Universities.” The proposal was supervised by Prof. Ali Saleh Al-Ajam, the main supervisor.
The discussion and evaluation committee comprised:
1. Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Makhlafi – Chair and Examiner
2. Associate Prof. Ali Al-Awadhi – Committee Member and Examiner
3. Dr. Ahmed Nasser – Committee Member and Examiner
4. Dr. Mamoun Alwan – Committee Member and Examiner
During the seminar, the researcher presented his dissertation proposal, outlining the study’s objectives and significance, research methodology, theoretical and conceptual framework, proposed hypotheses, and analytical tools.
Following an extensive discussion, the committee approved the dissertation proposal, commending the researcher’s efforts and highlighting the significance of the proposed study in improving institutional performance and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative practices in light of the transformations taking place in modern management.
