In a drive to enhance practical and hands-on learning, our exceptional fourth-year students from the Department of Food Science and Nutrition successfully conducted a vital scientific experiment as part of the Dairy Microbiology course.
The experiment focused on performing microbiological tests on raw milk, with the following key objectives:
– Evaluating the quality of the milk and determining its safety for consumption.
– Isolating microbes and conducting bioassays to identify their characteristics.
These practical applications ensure the qualification of professionals capable of understanding and applying the most rigorous health standards related to dairy products. This approach effectively links theoretical knowledge with the practical skills essential for the job market in the field of food safety and quality.
