 Graduates Administration

The Graduates Administration is responsible for the following:

1. Completing documents and data for graduating students: In collaboration with the control unit, prepare academic records from the first level to the fourth level and review them based on approved results.
2. Reviewing place and date of birth: From the high school form.
3. Reviewing registration numbers:* From the admission files of graduating students.
4. Signing academic records:* After completing the review.
5. Issuing graduates’ transcripts for all programs (specializations) and departments:*

– Graduates’ transcripts are signed, and after completing the signatures, they are presented to the academic departments and the college council for approval.
– After approval, the transcripts are sent to the Vice Dean for Student Affairs along with the departmental minutes and college council minutes to be reviewed by the Student Affairs Council and the University Council for final approval.
– A copy of the high school certificate, the student’s file, registration suspension and reinstatement, or transferred students’ equivalency is attached with the graduates’ transcripts.
– After the final approval by the Student Affairs Council and the University Council, an official copy of the approved graduates’ transcripts is delivered to the college.

The Graduates Administration announces to the graduating students to obtain their university degree, and they must submit the graduation file containing the following documents:

1. Original library clearance.
2. Original financial clearance for parallel system and self-funded students.
3. Four personal photos (4×6) with a white background.
4. University ID card for the fourth level.
5. Copy of personal ID.
6. Copy of high school certificate.
7. Copy of academic record for graduates since 2018 (noting that graduates since 2019 and later have their documents electronically verified).
8. Copy of passport, if available.
9. Name written in English.

After submitting the above documents, they are reviewed by the Graduates Administration manager, and the university degree is authenticated by the college registrar and the college dean. The degree is then printed at the automatic issuance center in the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, all signatures are completed, and the university degree is handed over to the student.

*For graduates from 2018 to 1997:*

– The required documents are received at the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, and the file is sent to the college to print the grades (in Arabic and English) and signed by the college.
– Then, they are sent to the Vice Dean for Student Affairs to print the graduation certificate (in Arabic and English) and returned to the college for signature.
– Finally, the documents are sent back to the Vice Dean for Student Affairs for the final signature and stamp, and handed over to the student
