Experience:
More than 28 years of experience in the fields of food sensory and quality evaluation, techniques for analyzing food ingredients, and in various training fields related to food quality and safety. Supervised and participated in the supervision and discussion of many theses for the master’s degree in different universities in the Republic of Yemen. Experience in preparing academic programs and in syllabus of academic courses in the field of food science, nutrition and related specializations.
