Summary:

Academic – researcher in the field of food science and nutrition, with experience in the field of food quality& safety and nutrition, he holds several courses in different scientific fields, including in his field of specialization in food and nutrition A trainer in the field of nutrition and food technology, he participated in several local and regional scientific conferences, published several researches in the field of food science and technology and nutrition.

  • Master of Food Science and Technology -2003 – Department of Food Science and Technology – Faculty of Agriculture – Ain Shams University – Egypt
  • Bachelor of Food Science and Technology 1995 – Faculty of Agriculture – Sana’a University-Yemen.

 

Experience:

More than 12 years of Experience in the fields of food science, nutrition and food safety, and in various fields of training related to nutrition. Supervisor and participant in supervision and discussed many scientific theses for the master’s degree. He worked as a consultant for some national institutions in the field of food security assessment, Experience in preparing academic programs and in syllabus of academic courses in the field of food science, nutrition and related specializations.
