In an effort to expand access to higher education and accommodate a larger number of applicants, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Sana’a University announced a reduction in minimum admission thresholds for most of its academic departments for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The adjusted minimum scores apply to all departments except the Department of English Language and Literature, and are structured as follows:
• General System: 58%
• Parallel System: 55%
• Self-Finance System: 52%
The Faculty noted that admissions for the General System in the Department of Psychology are now officially closed after reaching full capacity. However, enrollment remains open for the Psychology program under the Parallel and Self-Finance systems. Eligible students are encouraged to complete their registration via the online admissions portal before the final deadline.
