برنامج بكالوريوس دكتور صيدلي (Pharm.D):

تعتبر كلية الصيدلة من أوائل الكليات التي تم إنشائها بجامعة صنعاء, حيث بدأت الدراسة بها منذ العام 1989م  , وقد تخرجت أول دفعة عام 1994م بعدد 38 طالباً.

وقد دأبت الكلية على تطوير خطتها الدراسية لمواكبة التطور في مجال المهنة واقتناعا منها بأن مهنة الصيدلي لا تقتصر فقط على تحضير وصياغة الدواء ولكن تتعداها أيضا إلى الإسهام الفعال المباشر في العناية بالمريض, فقد اعتمدت الكلية في خطتها الدراسية أحدث المقررات الدراسية المعمول بها في كليات الصيدلة  ومنها اعتماد احدث البرامج في الصيدلة وهو برنامج بكالوريوس دكتور صيدلي .

نبذة عن برنامج بكالوريوس دكتور صيدلي:

وفي اطار مواكبة التطور العلمي والأكاديمي في كليات الصيدلة على المستوى الاقليمي والعالمي في دراسة البكالوريوس للمرحلة الجامعية الأولى  وفي العام الدراسي 2023/2024 م قامت الكلية بفتح برنامج بكالوريوس دكتور صيدلي ومدته 6 سنوات يمكن توضيحه كالتالي:

ثلاث سنوات مشتركة في موادها مع برنامج بكالوريوس العلوم الصيدلانية ( B.Pharm ) والسنة الرابعة والخامسة مقررات تخصصية في مجال الصيدلة السريرية + سنة تطبيق سريري في المستشفيات الجامعية المعتمدة (سنة امتياز) ليصبح عدد الساعات المعتمدة لدرجة بكالوريوس دكتور صيدلي بعدد 209 ساعة معتمدة.

مميزات البرامج:

من مميزات برنامج دكتور صيدلي وجود التدريب السريري لبعض المواد التخصصية في العلاجيات في المستويين الرابع والخامس في المستشفيات الجامعة بالإضافة الى سنة الامتياز في المستشفى. ومن متطلبات برنامج دكتور صيدلي هو عمل مشروع بحثي حسب الخطة المعتمدة.

التدريب الصيدلي الميداني للبرنامج

التدريب السريري: الفصلين الحادي عشر والثاني عشر (سنة الامتياز)

الفصل الحادي عشر: يتكون من 4 دورات تدريبية وتشمل:

1- تدريب سريري في الأقسام من خلال المرور اليومي مع الكادر الطبي في المستشفى.

2- تدريب سريري باطني (1) لمدة 4 اسابيع .

3- تدريب اطفال 3 اسابيع.

4- تدريب مسنين وامراض نفسية لمدة 3 اسابيع.

 الفصل الثاني عشر: يتكون من 5 دورات تدريبية وتشمل:

1- تدريب جراحة 3 اسابيع.

2- تدريب اورام 3 اسابيع.

3- تدريب ولادة ونساء 3 اسابيع.

4- تدريب رعاية متنقلة وطوارئ 3 أسابيع.

5- تدريب باطني (2) 4 اسابيع.

الاتفاقيات: 

تعمل الكلية على تحقيق خطة استراتيجية للتدريب السريري وذلك بإيجاد الحلول للصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجه التدريب الميداني بعمل اتفاقيات مع المستشفيات الجامعية.

 

  Program Mission and Aims:
A) Program Mission
To  produce competent and professional pharmacists  through  specialized academic programs to provide clinical and  pharmaceutical care and improve the health-related needs nationally and regionally.
B)  Program Aims:
1.  Graduating a distinguished cadre of pharmacists who are scientifically and professionally qualified in accordance with regional and international academic standards to meet the health needs of the community and labor market.
2.  Preparing graduates with the necessary knowledge, training and skills in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields to meet the national and regional labor market,
3.  Supporting the life-long learning, conducting pharmaceutical research and personal  and professional development required to improve health are in the community.
4.  Developing the communication and collaborative skills with the community to expand partnerships and relations with universities and research-oriented institutes to promote the health care locally, regionally and internationally

 

 

 

1.     The Graduate Attributes
At the end of the program, the graduates will be able to:

1)      Demonstrate scientific knowledge and principles of pharmaceutical, clinical sciences and other basic sciences related to the pharmacy profession.

2)      Integrate knowledge from fundamental sciences necessary for preparing and supplying extemporaneously compounded medications safely and accurately in accordance with current legislation, scope of practice,

3)      Apply patient-centered care legally and ethically based on patient history, clinical condition, medication regime and the knowledge of pharmacological, therapeutics and safety profile of medication

4)      Provide patient appropriate counseling and education about safe and effective medication, disease state and lifestyle management.

5)      Recognize the role of the pharmacist in Medication use systems management to promote public health and wellness.

6)      Develop independent and lifelong learning through evaluating medical literature, continuous updates of therapeutic guidelines and regulations and conducting pharmaceutical research in all health care settings.

7)      Demonstrate problem solving, leadership, management, communication and collaboration skills and entrepreneurship and critical thinking abilities for professional development.

 

 

1.     Program Intended Learning Outcomes (PILOs)

 
A. Knowledge and Understanding:
On successful completion of the program, the graduates should be able to:
A1 Recognize the fundamental knowledge of basic, behavioral, clinical and pharmaceutical  sciences.
A2 Demonstrate the essential knowledge for compounding, evaluation, analysis, of medicines.
A3 Illustrate pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of medicines of different sources as well as the complementary therapies.
A4 Recognize the roles of a pharmacist in providing patient care, managing information resources, promoting health and preventing diseases in different communities and at-risk populations around the globe.

 

 

 

B. Cognitive / Intellectual Skills:
On successful completion of the program, the graduates should be able to:
B1 Relate the molecular structure to pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of medicines.
B2 Create an appropriate pharmacotherapy care plan and monitoring strategies using pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic properties of medicines as well as diseases pathophysiology and patient clinical data.
B3 Design prevention, intervention and educational strategies for communities to manage chronic disease, improve health and wellness.
B4 Differentiate different therapeutic options based on efficacy, safety, and cost of  medicines.

 

C. Practical Skills:
On successful completion of the program, the graduates should be able to:
C1 Compound extemporaneous, I.V admixture, total parenteral nutrition, and small-batch pharmaceutical preparations.
C2 Educate patients on the safe, cost-effective, and rational use of medicines.
C3 Apply sound therapeutic principles and evidence-based data to provide patient-oriented pharmaceutical care legally and ethically.
C4 Manage patient healthcare needs using human, financial, technological, and physical resources to optimize the safety and efficacy of medication use systems.
C5 Share in creating national drug policies, regulations and guidelines related to the health care systems.
