SANA’A, Yemen — The Board of the for Political and Strategic Studies Center (PSSC) at Sana’a University convened for its regular meeting, chaired by Director Dr. Hussein Motahar, with department heads and council members in attendance to address key academic, research, and institutional matters.
The board reviewed the academic and research progress of graduate students across the center’s programs, examining reports submitted by faculty advisors regarding student discipline, coursework, and research milestones.
During the session, the board emphasized the necessity for advisors supervising Master’s theses in Diplomacy and International Relations to submit quarterly progress reports to the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. Members noted that adhering to established university procedures and academic regulations ensures structured monitoring and consistent evaluation of student research.
The council further highlighted the importance of continuous oversight and rigorous adherence to graduate study guidelines, underscoring that structured accountability directly elevates research quality and institutional output.
