University Service Center for Students with Special Needs (USCSSN)
USCSSN Establishment and Development:
In line with the State leadership’s unwavering commitment to supporting individuals with special needs, Sana’a University Presidency has been providing exceptional services to this esteemed student category. To streamline and unify the efforts of the existing centers dedicated to serving students with special needs, the University Rector issued Decision No. 38 of 2020, mandating the amalgamation of the University Development Center for Blind, Cultural Center for Blind, and University Educational Center for Deaf and Dumb into a single, unified entity: University Center for Students with Disabilities. Subsequently, Decision No. 85 of 1444 Hijri was issued to further refine the Center’s name to the University Service Center for Students with Special Needs (USCSSN).
