The Development and Quality Assurance Center (DQAC) convened its scheduled meeting for October 2024 at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 26, 2024 with all members of the Center and quality deputies from the university faculties. Additionally, an extraordinary meeting was held for the faculty secretaries to discuss arrangements for the upcoming visit of the Accreditation Council’s verification committees for faculties seeking programmatic and institutional accreditation.
The meeting was opened by Prof. Huda Ali Al-Emad, Dean of the DQAC, who welcomed the esteemed doctors, members of DQAC, and the quality deans from the Faculties. She commended the work accomplished during the previous period and expressed her gratitude for their efforts in preparing the evidence for programmatic and institutional accreditation, as well as the reports and evaluation guide according to the Accreditation Council’s forms.
Prof. Al-Emad outlined the Accreditation Council’s visit plan, which was set to begin on Sunday, based on a scheduled timetable for all faculties prepared by the Council. She directed the DQAC’s staff to furnish the quality deputies with all necessary accreditation documents, both in paper and electronic formats, along with evidence submissions.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean assigned several key tasks to the quality deputies. These included evaluating each faculty’s locations within three days and submitting a report by Wednesday, linking the faculty websites to the DQAC website for improved access to evaluation resources, uploading postgraduate programs in both Word and PDF formats, ensuring all materials align with the official program titles and documents, and submitting an electronic copy of all master’s programs to the Center in accordance with the established procedures for undergraduate programs.
