CAQA: External Reviewers Team Conducts a Field Visit for Programmatic Accreditation of the Pharmacy Program at Sana’a University

Under the patronage of Prof. Hassan Al-Saadi, Minister of Education and Scientific Research, and as part of the ongoing process to achieve institutional and programmatic accreditation for the faculties and programs at Sana’a University, the CAQA conducted a field visit today for the external reviewers’ team for the Pharmacy Program at Sana’a University. The team was led by Dr. Salah Abdullah Wajeh Al-Din, Dr. Abduljabar Ahmed Ezzi Faqih, and Prof. Ahmed Ghaleb Saif Al-Mikhlafi. The experts’ committee was chaired by Prof. Nouman Fayrouz, accompanied by Mr. Nasr Madar, Legal Advisor, and Mr. Tawfiq Al-Kabari.
The visit began with a meeting attended by Dr. Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Hoboub, the Dean of the Faculty, Vice Deans, and heads of departments, where they were briefed on the significance of the visit and the procedures to be followed over the next three days. The team leader also presented the field visit plan.
This visit follows the submission of the program’s self-assessment files to the CAQA, the formation of the reviewers’ team, and the analysis and evaluation of the files, resulting in the preliminary report submitted by the team to the council.
It is noteworthy that the visit will span three days, during which the team will hold several meetings and interviews with representatives of the academic standards and visit the facilities, amenities, laboratories, and the program’s contents.
