ADQAC Committee Evaluates Graduate Programs at the Faculty of Dentistry

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote continuous improvement and advance academic performance, the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana’a University conducted a field visit to the Faculty of Dentistry to evaluate the performance of its graduate programs for the 2025–2026 academic year, in accordance with the Center’s approved action plan.
The visit aimed to review graduate program evaluation checklists and assess the extent to which approved academic requirements and standards have been fulfilled, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the educational and research processes and strengthening the effectiveness of academic programs.
The evaluation committee included Dr. Abdulwasea Ali Naji, Dr. Fahd Al-Ahmedi, and Mr. Nasser Qassem. They were received by Dr. Khaled Al-Haddad, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Mohandi, Director of Graduate Studies at the faculty.
During the meeting and discussions, several observations and recommendations were presented to ensure the completion of academic and procedural requirements and to further develop the graduate programs in alignment with best practices and international standards.
This field visit forms part of a broader series of monitoring and evaluation initiatives implemented by Sana’a University through the ADQAC, aimed at enhancing the quality of its academic outputs and strengthening the confidence of the academic and professional communities in its graduate programs, particularly at the Master’s and PhD levels.
