CAQA: External Reviewers Team Conducts a Field Visit for Programmatic Accreditation of Physical Education Program at Sana’a University

Under the patronage of Prof. Hassan Al-Saadi, Minister of Education and Scientific Research, and as part of the ongoing process to achieve institutional and programmatic accreditation for the faculties and programs at Sana’a University, the CAQA conducted a field visit today for the external reviewers’ team for the physical Education Program at Sana’a University. The team was led by Prof. Khalid Ali Ahmed Al-Buraei accompanied by Prof. Ismail Yusef Ismail Baghoui and Prof. Mohammed Hussein Ahmed Al-Nidhari, who participated remotely via Zoom. The expert committee was chaired by Dr. Mosa Ghurab and comprising Mr. Mohammed Al-Sabri, and Mr. Ramzi Al-Sarahi.
The visit commenced with a meeting attended by Dr. Mohammed Dhaifallah, General Secretary, the Dean of the Faculty, Vice Deans, and heads of departments, during which they were briefed on the importance of the visit and the procedures that would be carried out over the next three days. The team leader also presented the field visit plan.
This visit follows the submission of the program’s self-assessment documents to the CAQA, the formation of the reviewers’ team, and the subsequent review, analysis, and evaluation of the files, and the submission of the team’s preliminary report.
It is worth noting that the visit will span three days, during which the team will hold several meetings and interviews with representatives of the academic standards and visit the program’s facilities, laboratories, equipment, and amenities.
