*University President Reaffirms Commitment to Quality Pathways as Khawlan Faculty of Education Earns Institutional Golden Accreditation*

The Rector of Sana’a University, Prof. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, reaffirmed the University’s strong commitment to advancing quality assurance and academic accreditation across all its faculties. He commended the significant efforts undertaken by the Faculty of Education and Human and Applied Sciences – Khawlan in completing the self-evaluation requirements and fulfilling the standards for institutional accreditation.
His remarks coincided with the Faculty’s achievement of Institutional Accreditation within the “Golden Accreditation” category, awarded to several faculties, including the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Arts, and Faculty of Computer Science, by the Council for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance (CAQA), following its successful compliance with all approved standards and requirements.
In recognition of this accomplishment, the University—represented by the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC)—presented the Faculty with the Golden Accreditation Shield, honoring its commitment to implementing comprehensive quality standards and joining the list of faculties that have attained this advanced accreditation status.
This milestone reflects the Faculty’s dedication to academic excellence and institutional development, as well as its adoption of best practices in educational and administrative performance. The achievement is expected to further enhance the quality of academic outcomes and contribute to improving the overall university work environment.
The accreditation shield was presented in the presence of Prof. Huda Al-Emad, Dean of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC); Dr. Hasel Naser Hasel, Dean of the Faculty; Dr. Abdulkhaleq Al-Dhubyani, Vice Dean for Quality Affairs; along with quality deputies from several faculties.
This accreditation marks a significant step in the University’s ongoing efforts to institutionalize a culture of quality and academic accreditation, advancing the educational process in line with recognized standards of institutional excellence and supporting the continued development of higher education.
