Radio and Television Students at Sana’a University Conduct Field Training Visit to Sana’a Radio
As part of its practical training program, the Faculty of Mass Communication at Sana’a University organized a field visit for fourth-year students of the Radio and Television Department (32nd batch) to Sana’a Radio – General Program Sector. The visit aimed to enhance students’ professional skills and bridge classroom learning with the realities of professional media practice.
During the visit, students were introduced to the operational mechanisms of radio broadcasting within the General Program Sector. They gained insight into the stages of program preparation and production, studio workflows, and broadcasting procedures. In addition, they received hands-on training in presentation, program preparation, recording, and radio directing, under the supervision of specialized media professionals at Sana’a Radio.
The field visit was documented through photographs that captured students’ practical engagement and highlighted various aspects of their training activities inside the radio facilities.
