The Department of Radio and Television at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Sana’a University, Holds a Scientific Seminar to Discuss Two Master’s Thesis Proposals

The Department of Radio and Television at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Sana’a University, held a scientific seminar on Monday morning to discuss two master’s thesis proposals presented by the researchers:
Ahmed Hamoud Al-Hayla, who presented his research proposal entitled:
“Satellite Channels’ Coverage of Corruption Issues and the Attitudes of the Yemeni Public Toward Them – A Survey Study,”
and Fayza Mohammed Ahmed Al-Wasabi, who presented her proposal entitled:
“The Role of Arab Satellite Channels in Enhancing Economic Awareness among Yemeni Businessmen – A Content and Presence Analysis of Al Arabiya and Al Jazeera Channels.”
The two proposals were discussed in the presence of the Head of the Department of Radio and Television, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdulwahab Al-Faqih, along with faculty members and postgraduate students, in the seminar hall at the Faculty of Mass Communication.
The seminar witnessed rich academic engagement, with numerous constructive comments and suggestions aimed at improving the research proposals to align with the realities of the media and societal context in Yemen and the Arab region.
The seminar was open to the public.
