Graduates Section The Graduates Section is responsible for the following: 1- Completing documents and data of graduate students; by participating - with the control - in preparing academic records: from the first level to the fourth level, and reviewing them based on the approved results 2- Reviewing the place and date of birth based on the secondary school form 3- Reviewing registration numbers; From the admission files of graduate students 4- After completing the review, the academic records are signed 5- After that, the graduates' lists are issued for all departments: 1- Public Relations and Advertising 2- Radio and Television 3- Journalism * The graduates' lists are signed, and after completing the signing, they are presented to the academic departments and the College Council for approval * After approval, they are submitted to the Student Affairs Office - with the department records and the College Council - to complete their presentation to the Student Affairs Council and the University Council for approval * With the graduates' lists, a copy of: the high school certificate, the student's file, the suspension and re-enrollment, or the clearing for transferred students is attached * After completing the approval in the Student Affairs Council and the University Council, a copy (original copy) of the approved graduates' lists is delivered to the college * The Graduates' Administration makes an announcement to the graduates: In order to obtain a university degree, they must submit the graduation file containing the following documents: 1- The original office release 2- The original financial release For parallel system and private expense students 3- Four 4 personal photos (4*6) with a white background in the front 4- University card for the fourth level 5- A copy of the personal card 6- A copy of the high school 7- A copy of the academic record for graduates since 2018. Note that graduates - since 2019 and above - have their documents electronically authenticated 8- A copy of the passport, if available 9- Writing the name in English 10- After submitting the previous documents, the review is done: by the graduates director, and the university certificate is authenticated.. Then the authentication is done - by the college registrar and the college dean - and after that, the certificate is printed at the automated issuance center in the Student Affairs Office, and the signatures are completed, and then the student is given the university certificate. - This is for graduates since 2019 and above For graduates - since 2018 until 1997 - the required documents - mentioned above - are received in the Student Affairs Office - and the file is sent to the college; To print the grades (in Arabic and English) and have them signed by the college, and send them to the Student Affairs Office, to print the graduation certificate (in Arabic and English) and return it to the college for signing, and then send it again - to the Student Affairs Office - to complete the final signature, stamp, and deliver it to the student
