Sana’a University’s Faculty of Petroleum Organizes a Scientific Lecture on the Future of Cement Raw Materials in Yemen
As part of the efforts by the Faculty ot Petroleum and Natural Resources at Sana’a University to activate scientific research, a scientific lecture was held by Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Anwa titled “Geological Characteristics and Industrial Applications of Raw Materials for the Cement Industry in the Republic of Yemen.” The lecture provided a rigorous assessment of the geological, physical, and chemical properties of raw materials, while reviewing the latest advancements in cement manufacturing technology aimed at improving the quality of the final product. The presentation also focused on mechanisms for enhancing the utilization of natural resources, reducing waste, and increasing production efficiency to achieve sustainable development for this vital industrial sector in Yemen.
