University Vice President Assistant Reviews Updates to Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources Website at Sana’a University
On Saturday, January 24, 2026, corresponding to Sha’ban 5, 1447 AH, and within the framework of Sana’a University’s keenness to enhance its digital presence and develop electronic communication channels, the Assistant to the University President for Media Affairs, Mr. Adel Al-Hababi, reviewed today the progress of the development and updating of the website for the Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources during an expanded meeting dedicated to evaluating the site and discussing improvement and development notes in the presence of the Faculty Dean, his deputies, heads of scientific departments, the Faculty Secretary, the Registrar, the website supervisor, and a group of academic and administrative staff.
The meeting commenced with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the Faculty who welcomed the Assistant to the University President and the attendees, emphasizing the importance of the faculty’s website as a primary window for defining its academic and research activities in the field of natural resources and as an effective means of communication with students, researchers, and the community to contribute to highlighting the vital role played by the faculty.
For his part, Mr. Adel Al-Hababi stressed the importance of updating and developing faculty websites to keep pace with digital transformation requirements and reflect the institutional image of Sana’a University, highlighting the necessity of adhering to the university’s media policy, improving content quality, ensuring ease of navigation, and maintaining continuous data updates while focusing on highlighting the faculty’s distinguished educational and research outcomes to enhance its academic and media presence at both local and international levels.
The meeting concluded with a number of observations and recommendations aimed at upgrading the faculty’s website and developing its technical structure and information content to ensure the provision of integrated electronic services that serve the educational and administrative process and keep pace with the latest technical developments witnessed by the university.
