Important Notice Regarding the Issuance of University ID Cards for the Academic Year 2026/2027
The College of Petroleum urges all its esteemed students across various levels and majors for the academic year 2026/2027 to immediately proceed to the systems, financial affairs, and student affairs officers to complete the procedures for issuing the new university ID card.
The college emphasizes the need to expedite the completion of these procedures before Saturday, August 15, 2026; as it has been definitively decided that entry through the college gate or into the examination halls at the Electronic Center for the first semester will not be permitted without carrying the new university ID card for the year 2026/2027.
Therefore, everyone is kindly requested to fully adhere to this notice to avoid any disruption or denial of entry.
