Faculty of Sharia and Law Approves Ph.D. Dissertation Proposal of Researcher Hamza Aqabat

Faculty of Sharia and Law at Sana’a University hosted a formal academic seminar today to review and discuss the Ph.D. dissertation proposal submitted by candidate Hamza Abdulmajeed Mohammed Aqabat.
• Dissertation Title: The Legal Framework of Partner Shares in Joint-Stock Companies: A Comparative Study of Yemeni Law, the Saudi Arabian Legal System, and Emirati Law
• Academic Supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Abdulkhaleq Saleh Moazab (Associate Professor of Commercial Law, Sana’a University)
The viva-voce committee consists of:

During the defense, the researcher outlined his study’s objectives, significance, methodology, theoretical framework, and proposed analytical tools.
Following an in-depth review and academic discussion, the committee officially approved the research proposal, praising the candidate’s scholarly efforts and the practical relevance of the comparative legal topic. The seminar was attended by graduate students and legal researchers.
