University shield in honor of Dr. Muhammad Qasim Al-Mutawakkil

This morning, the College of Science at Sana’a University honored Professor Dr. Muhammad Qasim Abdullah Al-Mutawakkil, Professor of Theoretical and Applied Physics in the Department of Physics, as one of the most prominent academics in the field of knowledge and scientific innovation over five decades of giving, excellence and creativity.
At the honoring ceremony, Professor Dr. Al-Qasim Muhammad Abbas, President of Sana’a University, said that our celebration of Professor Dr. Muhammad Qasim Al-Mutawakkil, one of the prominent academics at Sana’a University, is a celebration of science and a path of giving and academic excellence that lasted five decades, for which Dr. Muhammad Al-Mutawakkil sacrificed his life. He spent his days and years serving science in the Physics Department, College of Science, Sana’a University. Pointing to the distinguished scientific, professional and academic achievements that Dr. Muhammad Al-Mutawakkil achieved during his long scientific career, he pointed out that celebrating such scientific inspirations is a tribute to all the creative, distinguished and sincere people who worked with all dedication and selflessness for the advancement and advancement of the educational process in Yemen.
Professor Dr. Al-Qasim Muhammad Abbas affirmed the pride and pride of Sana’a University in the presence of Professor Dr. Muhammad Qasim Al-Mutawakkil at the top of the list of researchers honored annually in the Scientific Research Award, in which the College of Science is at the top of the list of this annual award.
In turn, Professor Dr. Muhammad Qasila, Dean of the College of Science, considered the celebration of Professor Dr. Muhammad Qasim Al-Mutawakkil a celebration of one of the symbols of science and knowledge in Yemen, reviewing his rich record of work, giving, and dedication during his professional and academic career, and his great and many scientific contributions, and the research work, studies, and scientific curricula that he presented. The Dean of the College of Science praised the pioneering and scientific role of Dr. Al-Mutawakkil, who was and still is a role model for giving and creativity in various scientific fields.
Dr. Qasilah appreciated the great efforts of Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Mutawakel in improving and developing scientific research that contributed to creating a qualitative shift in the field of scientific and academic research and serving humanity.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Ibrahim Luqman, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research for the Higher Education Sector, Professor Dr. Muhammad Ali Shukri, Vice President of Sana’a University for Student Affairs, Professor Abdul Qadir Muhammad Al-Mutawakel, Commercial Executive Director of Yemen Mobile, and a number of academics, department heads and faculty members. And their assistants, and a large crowd of students, interested people and media professionals.
