Public Administration Center Holds Ph.D. Proposal Review for Researcher Fatehi Mohammed Ahmed Saif

Sana’a University’s Public Administration Center reviewed yesterday, Tuesday, the Ph.D. dissertation proposal submitted by researcher Fatehi Mohammed Ahmed Saif, titled: “The Role of Strategic Leadership in Improving Institutional Performance Through Human Resource Management Strategies: An Applied Study in the Yemeni Ministry of Finance and Its Subordinate Units.”
The proposal review took place under the supervision of Prof. Zayid Al-Manzoua, Main Supervisor, while the Proposal Review and Examination Committee was composed of:
• Prof. Mohammed Al-Sofi – Examiner and Committee Chair.
• Assoc. Prof. Ali Al-Awadhi – Examiner and Committee Member.
• Dr. Hameed Al-Mekhlafi – External Examiner and Committee Member.
During the session, the researcher presented the components of his research plan, addressing the study’s objectives, significance, methodology, and theoretical framework, along with the proposed hypotheses and analytical tools.
The committee members offered several scientific comments and suggestions to develop the proposal and enhance its research and methodological aspects, before approving and accepting the plan.
The committee emphasized the importance of the study’s topic, as it addresses a modern administrative issue linked to developing institutional performance and enhancing administrative work efficiency and effectiveness, in light of the transformations in modern administration, governance trends, and e-government applications.
The proposal review session was attended by several faculty members, Ph.D. students, and individuals interested in the fields of administration and institutional development.
