Department of Food Science Reviews Master’s Thesis Proposal on Safety of Flavored Beverages in Sana’a

The Department of Food Science at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sana’a University, held a seminar to discuss the Master’s thesis proposal (Seminar 1) submitted by researcher Mohammed Mohammed Ali Al-Shuraihi, titled “Quality and Safety of Flavored Beverages Produced and Marketed in Sana’a City.”
The research is conducted under the supervision of Prof. Abduljaleel Dirhem Saeed as main supervisor and Dr. Amer Mahdi as co-supervisor. The proposal evaluation committee comprised:

• Prof. Essam Al-Madhaji (Examiner)

During the session, the researcher presented his scientific proposal, outlining the study’s objectives, methodology, theoretical framework, hypotheses, and proposed analytical tools.
Following a thorough academic discussion, the committee approved the research proposal, praising the researcher’s efforts and emphasizing the importance of the study in promoting flavored beverage quality and safety concepts to support public health.
The seminar was attended by several faculty members, graduate students, and interested researchers from the department.
