Computer and Information Technology Faculty Organizes Introductory Workshop on Implementation Mechanism of Research Task Matrix for Graduation Projects

Under the auspices of Prof. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, President of Sana’a University, the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Center for Science and Technology, organized today an introductory workshop on the implementation mechanism of the research task matrix for graduation projects.
The participants discussed the procedures for implementing the research task matrix for students’ graduation projects, and the roles of the relevant entities in organizing and executing these projects, including the Center for Science and Technology and the academic departments of the Faculty.
The workshop aimed to clearly define the responsibilities and tasks of the different stakeholders, and to encourage students to engage in the specialized tracks outlined in the matrix. This would enable them to undertake high-quality graduation projects with practical and societal impact aligned with community and labor market needs.
During the workshop, representatives of the Center for Science and Technology affirmed their commitment to facilitating students’ research work by coordinating with relevant public and private institutions, and by easing procedures for obtaining the necessary permits for project implementation.
They also highlighted the possibility of carrying out joint projects between the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology and other faculties at the University. The aim of this step is to promote interdisciplinary integration and make optimal use of laboratories, expertise, and available resources across the university and to support students’ projects and enable them to apply their knowledge in innovative and practical ways.
