To produce outstanding scientific and research competencies in psychology, meeting the needs of local and regional universities, educational institutions, and research facilities for skilled professionals capable of keeping pace with advancements, integrating and applying them within educational contexts, through the establishment of a conducive and stimulating educational and research environment based on the latest theories of psychology.
