Vision

Aspiring to prepare highly qualified teachers who can effectively develop skills in teaching Science and Mathematics for the primary stage (grades 4–9).

Mission

Preparing mathematics and science teachers academically and educationally to meet the standards of teaching excellence in the second and third cycles (grades 4–9), integrating theoretical and practical aspects in alignment with contemporary educational theories.

Aims

  • Qualifying and preparing students through the Field Teacher Program for grades 4–9.
  • Providing students with essential knowledge, concepts, and information needed for effective teaching in grades 4–9.
  • Equipping students with professional competencies, problem-solving skills, and critical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Promoting self-directed learning among students through the use of modern, effective strategies. 
  • Facilitating the exchange of experiences and information with scientific institutions interested in curricula and teaching strategies for intermediate stage (grades 4–9) of general education at local, regional, and international levels.
  • Encouraging students to pursue self-directed learning and continuous professional development, engage in self-reflection on their teaching performance, and adhere to professional ethics.
