Dean’s Message

The Faculty of Education – Sana’a is committed to achieving a qualitative leap in the cognitive and professional development of its educational outcomes. This objective can be realized through a transition to effective learning methodologies that are aligned with the needs of both the individual and society. The Faculty has made significant strides in this area, evidenced by enhancements in program and course specifications, opening of postgraduate programs, and establishment of new high-quality academic departments.

While we are aware of the magnitude of the problems and challenges that our country faces amid the aggression, we are committed to addressing these issues with innovative approaches to the methodology of education. These innovations are emanating from the Quran, the Sunnah, and the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt of the Prophet (peace be upon them).

Thanks to Allah, and based on the goals of the September 21^st Revolution, the Faculty’s curricula have received the attention they deserve necessary for their improvement and development on scientific bases. This marks a significant shift from a time when the curricula were influenced by individual opinions, efforts, and regional interventions.

Since we hold the conviction that societal transformation can only be achieved through leveraging the Faculty’s outcomes, which serve as the cornerstone for national development, progress, and prestige. No nation can ascend to the top without prioritizing the education of its people. In our country, there remains a pressing need for innovation within learning environments. Such innovation is crucial for elevating Yemen’s cognitive and educational standing both regionally and globally. This approach must also complement the military victories on the fronts of honor and dignity.

In this context, we are delighted to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those engaged in the field, confronting the aggression, working tirelessly on the academic front, and the leadership at Sana’a University. We appreciate the concerted efforts made to enhance the University’s outcomes. It is our earnest prayer that these blessed, unified, and collaborative efforts will persist among all, further reinforcing the resilience of the academic front against aggression. May God reward everyone for their dedication and hard work.
