Program Vision, Mission and Aims | |

| To produce outstanding competencies with the ability to comprehend and critically analyze educational aspects, develop Islamic education curricula and teaching methods, investigate educational and learning issues across all facets of Islamic education curricula, provide recommendations and proposals to address such issues, and equip education faculties and research centers with highly skilled personnel in scientific research, capable of actively engaging in educational consultancy services for the advancement and enhancement of education. |

| 1- To graduate proficient research personnel capable of identifying, formulating, and analyzing educational issues within curricular and teaching methods, and adept at selecting the most suitable research methods and tools for resolution. 2- To elevate researchers to an advanced level of competency in investigating curriculum-related challenges across all components, and to innovate new approaches in teaching methods and curriculum design. 3- To create avenues for academic and research advancement for graduates of Yemeni universities or holders of equivalent degrees who desire to enroll in the program, adhering to the conditions specified by the University’s pertinent Regulations. 4- To develop Islamic education learning and teaching methods in alignment with contemporary educational trends, authentic Islamic principles, national development plan objectives, and labor market requirements. 5- To address educational and learning challenges relevant to Islamic education curricula and teaching methods, stemming typically from the practice of educational process. 6- To produce skilled research personnel capable of providing relevant stakeholders with specialized educational consultations pertaining to curriculum design, teaching strategies and methods, including their formulation, assessment, and enhancement mechanisms. 7- To equip students with research capabilities, empowering them to conduct studies and research pertaining to Islamic education curricula, teaching methods, and associated subjects. 8- To enhance opportunities for academic collaboration in Islamic education teaching by facilitating partnerships between departmental teaching staff and their counterparts in other Yemeni and Arab universities. 9- To provide society with proficient research personnel capable of delivering educational consultations and studies in Islamic education and its various domains, thereby aiding in the resolution of educational and learning challenges. 10- To assist students in acquiring and honing communication, computer, information technology, and personal skills. |
