To provide academic expertise with a modern vision, contributing to qualifying academic and research competencies and cadres in the field of educational management and planning, empowering graduates to actively participate in activating the role of educational institutions.

 

  • Program Aims

 

Aligned with the overarching aims of the Faculty of Education, the Department of Educational Administration and Planning endeavors to achieve the following aims:

 

  • To prepare and empower educational leaders for roles in educational administration and planning.
  • To equip students with modern trends, information, knowledge, and skills related to aspects of educational planning.
  • To provide student teachers with specialized and practical knowledge relevant to educational administration and planning in diverse contexts.
  • To equip students with skills necessary to interact with, nurture, and educate children with special needs, utilizing cutting-edge educational, psychological, and social methods.
  • To develop students’ capacity to effectively diagnose and address problems in the educational, learning, and school environment.
  • To equip students with proficiency in strategic planning across various educational and learning levels.
  • To address the demands of the labor market for experts in educational administration and planning.
