In her thesis, the researcher provided several recommendations, including the necessity for universities to activate their societal and educational roles not only within the university walls but also to enhance their community role in monitoring graduates during their transition to training in the labor market, considering it a professional part inseparable from their other responsibilities. Additionally, there is a need to focus on mental and professional skills, emphasizing competency-based and knowledge-oriented education to prepare students for labor market demands.
The defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, and interested individuals, along with several colleagues and family members of the researcher.
