PhD Dissertation Defense Announcement for Reseacher Moamar Shams Al-Din

The Inclusive Development Research Center (IDRC) at Sana’a University announces the public defense of the PhD dissertation presented by researcher Moamar Farhan Mohammed Ali Shams Al-Din, entitled “The Role of Human Resource Empowerment Strategy in Achieving Development through Banking Performance in the Yemeni Islamic Banks”. The dissertation has been supervised by Professor Aamal Mohammed Al-Mujahid and Professor Najat Mohammed Juma’an, as main and Co-Supervisors respectively.

The public defence will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the IDRC hall, at 12:00 PM.
