A Seminar for Research Proposals by Postgraduate Students at the IDRC

On Saturday, May 31, 2025, the Department of International Development Studies at the Inclusive Research Development Center, IDRC held a public scientific Seminar to discuss the MA research proposals submitted by the following researchers in the department:
1. Nouriya Muayyad.
2. Adnan Muhammad.
3. Fatima Al-Khatabi.
4. Arwah Al-Sharafi.
During the session, the researchers presented a comprehensive overview of their research proposals, addressing the research titles and problems as well as explaining the methodology, main and sub-objectives, and the materials and methods of conducting research they will follow in their studies.
Subsequently, the seminar committee members discussed the research titles and plan from their scientific perspectives and provided their observations and necessary recommendations to improve the research, ensuring the appropriate outcomes of these studies are achieved.
At the end of the seminars, the proposals were approved with some guidance that is recommended to be taken into consideration during the implementation of the research.
The session was attended by Prof. Halima Jahaf, Director of the Center; Dr. Abdulwahab Abdulqader, Head of the Doctoral Program at the Center; Dr. Elham Al-Redha, Head of the Master’s Program in Arabic at the Center; Ms. Fatima Al-Matari, Head of the Master’s Program in English at the Center; Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Eryani; and a number of faculty members in the department, in addition to a number of postgraduate students at the Center, in a scientific atmosphere characterized by positive interaction and academic enrichment.
