Inclusive Development Research Centre Conducts Strategic Planning Training for the Women’s Sector

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen women’s capacities and enhance their administrative and planning skills, the Inclusive Development Research Centre, in cooperation with the Scientific Foundation for the Care of Innovators – Women’s Sector, is delivering a specialised training course in Strategic Planning, running from 31 January to 4 February 2026.
The course aims to increase participants’ understanding of the principles, stages, and modern tools of strategic planning, thereby contributing to improved institutional performance and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives within the Centre’s capacity-building and empowerment programmes.
The training targets a group of female engineers and administrators working in the Women’s Sector of the Scientific Foundation for the Care of Innovators, with the objective of enhancing their professional readiness and contributing to institutional development.
The course is delivered by Dr Halima Jahhaf, Director of the Inclusive Development Research Centre, who presents an intensive training programme that combines theoretical foundations with practical applications in strategic planning.
This activity forms part of the collaborative partnership between the Inclusive Development Research Centre and the Scientific Foundation for the Care of Innovators – Women’s Sector, reflecting both institutions’ shared commitment to supporting and empowering women professionally and administratively.
