Sana’a University ADQAC Conducts Field Evaluation ‎of Academic and Administrative Performance at ‎Faculty of Dentistry

As part of its regular program for evaluating the performance of faculties and centers at ‎Sana’a University, a team from the Academic Development and Quality Assurance ‎Center (ADQAC) conducted a field visit today, Sunday, to the Faculty of Dentistry to ‎assess its academic and administrative performance, evaluate the readiness of its ‎infrastructure, and determine its compliance with quality assurance and academic ‎accreditation standards.‎

The team comprised Dr. Mahdi Haidar, Dr. Mohammed Al-Baydhi, and Ms. Naseem ‎Al-Kebsi. They reviewed the progress of the educational and research processes at the ‎Faculty and conducted an inspection tour covering classrooms, laboratories, service ‎facilities, and various infrastructure components. The visit aimed to assess their suitability ‎in light of approved academic standards, identify strengths, and determine opportunities ‎for development and improvement.‎

As part of the visit, the team held a meeting with the Faculty’s leadership, attended by ‎Dr. Muneer Al-Ezzani, Vice Dean for Quality Assurance; Dr. Taghreed Al-Kebsi, Vice ‎Dean for Student Affairs; Mr. Yahya Al-Sharif, Faculty Secretary; and Mr. Ahmed Al-‎Arifi, Student Affairs Officer. The meeting reviewed the Faculty’s institutional, ‎academic, and administrative performance and discussed continuous development and ‎improvement plans, as well as ways to enhance the quality of its educational and research ‎processes and administrative operations.‎

The Center’s team stressed the importance of continuing efforts to foster a culture of ‎comprehensive quality within the Faculty and strengthen institutional practices that ‎support performance development and enhance the quality of academic and ‎administrative services. Such efforts will strengthen the Faculty’s capacity to fulfill its ‎mission and strategic objectives and meet quality assurance and academic accreditation ‎requirements.‎

The visit forms part of the comprehensive plan of the ADQAC to monitor and evaluate ‎the performance of the University’s faculties and centers, support continuous ‎improvement initiatives, and consolidate institutional practices in accordance with ‎approved standards, thereby contributing to enhanced academic and administrative ‎performance and improved quality of Sana’a University’s outcomes.‎
