Public PhD Viva-Voce Examination of Mr. Mohammed Al-Mata’a

Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mata’a has successfully obtained his PhD degree in the Philosophy of Business Administration from the Center of Business Administration Studies, Sana’a University. His dissertation, titled “The Effect of Employee Empowerment on Administrative Innovation through Job Satisfaction: A Field Study on the Telecommunications Sector in the Republic of Yemen”, was presented on Sunday, 11/ 1447 Hijri, corresponding to November 2, 2025.
The Viva-Voce Committee, formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following members:

Assoc. Prof. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Mahmoudi – Internal Examiner, Sana’a University.
