Important Announcement: Delay in Graduation Projects Will Result in Direct Referral to the October Session
Monday, April 27, 2026
The College Deanship announces that students who have delayed the discussion and submission of their graduation projects will be referred to the October 2026 examination session.
Dr. Hussein Jaghman, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Head of the Department of Radio and Television, emphasized the necessity for students who have not yet submitted their projects to the heads of their respective departments to do so promptly. He stressed that projects must be submitted before legal and academic procedures are taken against delayed students, including referral to the October 2026 session.
On the other hand, Prof. Ali Al-Ammar, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Head of the Department of Journalism and Electronic Publishing, confirmed that the Department of Journalism has set Wednesday, April 29, 2026, as the final deadline for project discussions. Students who fail to comply with this deadline will be referred to the October session. This measure is necessary due to delays in issuing the College’s final results, which are directly linked to the completion and grading of graduation projects.
Accordingly, the College Deanship urges all students to adhere to the specified deadlines in order to avoid any legal or academic actions.
