SANA’A, Yemen — The Radio and Television Department within the Faculty of Mass Communication at Sana’a University held a practical review session for third-year students enrolled in the Television Production and Directing course, led by course instructor Dr. Basel Ahmed Nasser Al-Hamati.
Designed to bridge academic theory and professional practice, the coursework focuses on equipping students with technical skills across every phase of television production. During the session, students presented original broadcast projects—including titles such as “I Didn’t Recognize You” (Ma Araftek) and “The Steep Price” (Al-Si’r Al-Bahed). Dr. Al-Hamati evaluated the work, offering direct technical feedback and guidance to help students refine their techniques and elevate overall production quality.
This initiative aligns with the Faculty of Mass Communication’s broader goal of prioritizing experiential learning, ensuring students develop the practical competencies necessary to meet current industry standards in media and television broadcasting.
