With a Deep Concept and Professional Execution, “Dahaliz” Receives Praise in the Discussion Hall

The Faculty of Mass Communication at Sana’a University witnessed the defense of a distinguished graduation project titled “Dahaliz”, presented by students of the Department of Journalism and Electronic Publishing, in the discussion hall, in the presence of an academic committee and a number of individuals interested in media affairs.
The “Dahaliz” project is a news website carrying the slogan “Every Identity Has a Story”, and is dedicated to covering cultural, historical, and artistic affairs. The students presented a modern media vision that reflects an interest in national identity through a professional and contemporary approach.
The project received wide praise from the defense committee and attendees, who commended the strength of the idea, the quality of its implementation, and the level of media treatment that reflected the promising skills of the students in the field of digital journalism.
The defense committee consisted of Professor Ali Al-Ammar, Associate Professor Sabah Al-Khaishani, and Dr. Abdo Al-Akwa. The defense was also attended by filmmaker Ibrahim Al-Abyad and Dr. Khaled Omar.
This project comes within the efforts of the Faculty of Mass Communication to prepare media professionals capable of producing professional content that reflects societal issues and keeps pace with developments in modern media
