Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources at Sana’a University Organizes Training Workshop on “Building a Digital Identity for Researchers”

[Sanaa – 21/1/2026] ​Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources, Professor Dr. Bassem Shaif Al-Kharbash, the faculty organized today, Wednesday, January 21, 2026, a specialized training workshop entitled “Building a Digital Identity for Researchers.” The workshop was presented by researcher Samar Ahmed Al-Kibsi, the representative of the “Scopus” platform in Yemen.
​The workshop aimed to empower academics, researchers, and postgraduate students with digital age tools, while highlighting how to enhance the scientific visibility of Yemeni researchers in international forums.
​The workshop witnessed active attendance from faculty members, Master’s and PhD researchers, as well as those interested in beginning their journey in international scientific publishing, held at the Seminar Hall in the faculty building.
​This workshop comes within the framework of the Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources’ efforts to ensure academic quality and keep pace with technical developments that serve scientific research and elevate the outcomes of higher education in Yemen.
