The Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources team secured its spot in the next round of the annual inter-faculty volleyball tournament for the University Cup, following a deserved victory over its opponent, the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences team, in the match that brought them together today, Monday, as part of the tournament competitions.
The Faculty of Petroleum and Natural Resources team managed to decide the clash in its favor with a score of two goals to one (2-1), in the match held at the Faculty of Commerce and Economics field during the morning session.
The match witnessed a distinguished competitive performance, intensity, and great excitement from both sides, amidst an enthusiastic atmosphere characterized by sportsmanship, where the Faculty of Petroleum team managed to assert its advantage and translate its opportunities into points that sealed the victory and snatched the qualification card to the next round, showcasing a distinguished technical level that reflects the high readiness of its players.
