Vice Dean of the College of Petroleum and Natural Resources Inaugurates Automated Exams for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2026–2027

The Vice Dean of the College of Petroleum and Natural Resources for Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Mohammad Thabit, today, Wednesday, September 9, 2026, inaugurated the final examinations for the first semester of the academic year 2026–2027, in the presence of the Head of the Control Committee, Dr. Maryam Tahir, the College Registrar, and the Director of the College’s Information System.
During the inauguration, Dr. Khalid Mohammad Thabit reviewed the technical and logistical arrangements that preceded the launch of the exams, starting from the preparation of questions to the distribution of first- and third-year students across designated halls, aimed at ensuring a quiet and organized exam environment.
Following this, the Vice Dean inspected the examination halls to monitor the progress of the exam process across various academic departments within the college, praising the level of adherence to examination regulations and the sound execution of procedures.
First- and third-year students took their exams at the Electronic Testing Center, as part of the college’s efforts to enhance digital transformation in the educational process. Meanwhile, exams for second- and fourth-year students will begin starting tomorrow, Thursday, in accordance with the approved schedule.
At the conclusion of the tour, Dr. Khalid Mohammad Thabit encouraged the male and female students to exert more effort and focus during their exams, wishing them continued success in their academic and professional endeavors.
