Sana’a University Discusses Enhancing Administrative Performance and Advancing Institutional Transformation at the Center for Public Administration

Sana’a – Saturday, October 11, 2025 (Rabi’ Al-Thani 19, 1447 Hijri)
In implementation of the directives of the University Rector, Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, a meeting was held at the Center for Public Administration to review administrative performance and progress levels across the center’s departments and units. The meeting comes as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to develop its administrative system and transition toward modern management based on efficiency and quality.
The meeting was chaired by Prof. Zaid Al-Wareeth, the Rector’s Assistant for Centers’ Affairs, and was attended by Prof. Huda Al-Emad, Vice-Rector’s Assistant for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, along with a number of the center’s administrative leaders.
In his remarks, Prof. Al-Wareeth emphasized that the Center for Public Administration represents one of the main pillars for developing institutional performance at the university. He stressed the importance of continuing to work with a team spirit to enhance performance efficiency and improve the work environment in line with the university’s goals for comprehensive digital and administrative transformation.
Then, Prof. Huda Al-Emad praised the efforts of the center’s staff in carrying out their administrative and research tasks. She highlighted the importance of enhancing coordination among different departments to achieve integration between academic and administrative aspects, which will contribute to improving the services provided to postgraduate students and researchers.
Dr. Fadhl Al-Mahmoudi, the Director of the Center, presented an analytical report on the level of achievement during the past period. The report included an evaluation of overall performance, future improvement plans, and the most significant challenges facing the workflow, along with proposed solutions.
At the end of the meeting, the attendees renewed their commitment to implementing the directives of the university leadership and working to develop the center’s institutional performance, thereby enhancing Sana’a University’s position as a leading academic institution at both the local and regional levels.
