Sana’a University Reviews Media Achievement Reports and Emphasizes Content Quality and Publication Speed

As part of developing the university media system, the second periodic meeting of website and social media page coordinators from the faculties and scientific and research centers for the academic year 1448 AH was held today at the Public Administration Center. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Adel Yahya Al-Hababi, the Rector’s Assistant for Media Affairs.
The meeting was dedicated to reviewing monthly achievement reports submitted by the faculties and centers, highlighting the key events and activities that took place at the University during June 2026, assessing the implementation level of the approved media plan, and exploring ways to develop media performance and enhance its presence across various digital platforms.
Mr. Adel Al-Hababi emphasized that the success of university media is measured by its ability to keep pace with academic and scientific activities moment by moment. He noted that the speed, accuracy, and credibility of news dissemination represent the fundamental pillars for building trust with faculty members, students, researchers, and the community, and for consolidating the standing of the University’s official platforms as the primary source of information and news.
Mr. Al-Hababi stressed the need to adhere to professional standards in preparing and publishing media content, ensuring the documentation of various activities and events organized by faculties and centers, and highlighting the academic, research, and community achievements realized by the University. This, he stated, reflects its institutional image and strengthens its presence locally and regionally.
He also called for timely submission of monthly achievement reports, which contributes to continuous performance evaluation and enables the use of media indicators to develop workflows and improve the quality of outputs.
The Rector’s Assistant for Media Affairs commended the efforts exerted by website and social media page coordinators over the past academic year, expressing appreciation for their commitment and engagement, which contributed to strengthening Sana’a University’s media presence and showcasing its activities and accomplishments.
The meeting concluded with discussions on a number of organizational matters related to daily media work mechanisms, emphasizing the importance of integrating efforts across various faculties and centers to unify the media message and deliver professional content that reflects Sana’a University’s mission, academic and research leadership, and its services to the community.
