Summary:
Dr. Mohamed Hamed Al-Aswadi is an associate professor in the Crops Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sana’a, and he is the Director of Yemeni Genetic Resources Center( YGRC ), Sana’a University
Dr. Aswadi has been working since 1992 in teaching at the university and teaches many specialized subjects For undergraduate and postgraduate students, he has a special interest in the production of hybrids and the development of varieties in different crops, he has a special interest in the coffee crop and the collection of genetic resources in Yemen, and he is a member of the committee The National Technical Committee for Genetic Resources, Member of the Technical Committee for the Release and Approval of Varieties, Member of the Society for Life Sciences and Graduated Received the Presidential Award for funding scientific research
