Quality Assurance Committees at Sana’a University Inspect Graduate Programs at the Faculty of Physical Education

As part of its periodic plan to evaluate academic performance, the committees of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance at Sana’a University conducted an official field visit to the Faculty of Physical Education to assess the implementation of graduate programs and their compliance with quality assurance and accreditation standards.
The visit focused on reviewing study plans and course specifications, in addition to conducting a precise alignment between on-site data and the information published on the university’s official website and the SAR system, in order to ensure transparency and reliability in academic offerings.
The visit also included extensive meetings with the faculty leadership and heads of academic departments, during which existing challenges were reviewed and potential solutions were discussed to enhance program development in line with modern higher education requirements. This effort aims to ensure the graduation of scientifically qualified competencies capable of competing in both local and regional labor markets.
The committees emphasized that this step falls within the university’s broader strategy to improve institutional performance and strengthen public confidence in the outcomes of university education.
For its part, the Deanship of the Faculty of Physical Education expressed its commitment to addressing the technical observations and recommendations presented by the evaluation committees, in a manner that contributes to enhancing scientific research and academic preparation within the faculty.
The meeting was attended on behalf of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance by Associate Professor Dr. Bashir Mufrih and Mr. Nasser Mohammed, while the faculty was represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Abdulghani Mujahid Mutahhar, Vice Dean Professor Dr. Najib Saleh Juaim, and Director of Graduate Studies, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Sharafi.
