Statistics lecture in the field of mathematics

As part of the implementation of the plan faculty of Physical Education at Sana’a University for the first semester of the academic year 2025/2026, a scientific lecture was held in the subject of statistics in the sports field, presented by Associate Professor Dr. Ibrahim Al-Warafi, as part of the statistics course for college students.

The lecture aimed to introduce students to the basics and concepts of statistics in the sports field and its practical applications in analyzing sports performance and measuring physical and technical indicators.

• Basic concepts of descriptive and applied statistics in the mathematical field.

• Using statistical data to analyze and evaluate sports performance.

• Design statistical tables and graphs to interpret test results and measurements.

This lecture is part of a series of scientific and specialized lectures in statistics in the sports field as part of the first semester plan, with the aim of refining students’ skills and providing them with modern scientific tools that serve their specializations and qualify them for the labor market.
